Finding yourself again is less about becoming someone new and more about reconnecting with the version of you that got buried beneath expectations, burnout, fear, pain, and survival mode. It’s about learning to trust yourself again, stop living for everyone else, and create a life that actually feels aligned with who you are.

Your Coaching Journey: What To Expect

Here's what you can expect as we step into the coaching partnership:

Preparing for Your Complimentary Consultation:

Our time together starts out with a few intake forms that serve as valuable tools allowing both of us to gain a clear understanding of where you are now and where you want to go. I recommend having a journal and pen or open word document for note taking, water as you’ll be talking quite a bit and your calendar on hand.

Video Sessions for Your Convenience:

Sessions are conducted via video on a secure telehealth portal called SimplePractice, providing a personalized and convenient way to connect. Although I live in Dallas, you can live anywhere and coach with me. Clients benefit greatly from being coached in the comfort of their familiar environment, whether that be cozy at home, taking a break at the office or even on the go in the privacy of your car. Each session lasts 50 minutes and we meet either weekly or every other week starting out. For those seeking swift changes, I recommend weekly sessions to keep the momentum going.

Investment in Your Growth:

Our coaching begins with a 12-session container designed for depth, clarity, and meaningful transformation. Sessions are 50 minutes $195 and are billed monthly. This structured arc allows us to do truly focused work: the first four sessions are dedicated to grounding, insight, and building a strong foundation; the middle four shift into strategy, clarity, and intentional action; and the final four are focused on embodiment, execution, and creating real momentum toward your goals.

Following the initial 12 sessions, clients are welcome to continue on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to stay supported as you integrate and expand your results. You can view all coaching options here.

Active Participation and Personal Reflection:

I encourage clients to make notes during our sessions as this reinforces key insights and allows for further reflection outside our virtual sessions. Clients can expect "homework" after each meeting which consists of tailored tasks that keep you moving forward between sessions. This can be in the form of things like journal prompts, tangible action steps, affirmations and much more!
